چکیده
The Indian armed forces is the second largest Military force in world comprising of 1.4 million+ personnel’s (Active force) and 1.1 reserved personnel’s. Apart from their duty safeguarding its borders, are also engaged Search Rescue operations (SAR) across globe. SAR conducted both for Civilians. search rescue carried on varied demographic regions ranging Snow areas ( -500 C) to Deserts +550 C), during natural calamities like Earthquake, Floods, Tsunami, Avalanche, Landslides etc. But main challenge any personnel identify whom first. By saying this we mean that if has knowledge about Vitals individual he/she rescuing then will be able assess gravity situation through those vitals. SP02, Blood Pressure, Pulse rate can predict survivability factor individual. So it means out three individuals 1st person serious 2nd Person Normal 3rd Null, predicted should rescued first Second whose Null presumed dead shall at last. Now comes, how gather Vitals. answer problem been suggested experiments paper. This paper suggests a wireless sensor wrist band supporting LoRaWAN protocol Long Range Wide Area Network). uses LoRa Radio transmit low power long-range wide area network. aforementioned wristband data AWS Cloud using IoT Core. aggregate received all people wearing band. From aforesaid persons easily identified critical. prove Life Saver Armed forces.

Wireless Mesh Network Performance for Urban Search and Rescue Missions
In this paper we demonstrate that the Canine Pose Estimation (CPE) system can provide a reliable estimate for some poses and when coupled with effective wireless transmission over a mesh network. Pose estimates are time sensitive, thus it is important that pose data arrives at its destination quickly. Propagation delay and packet delivery ratio measuring algorithms were developed and used to ap...
متن کاملRobotic Platform for Automated Search and Rescue Missions of Humans
We present a novel type of model incorporating a special remote life signals sensing optical system on top of a controllable robotic platform. The remote sensing system consists of a laser and a camera. By properly adapting our optics and by applying a proper image processing algorithm we can sense within the field of view, illuminated by the laser and imaged by ...
متن کاملMulti-robot Task Allocation for Search and Rescue Missions
Many researchers from academia and industry are attracted to investigate how to design and develop robust versatile multi-robot systems by solving a number of challenging and complex problems such as task allocation, group formation, self-organization and much more. In this study, the problem of multi-robot task allocation (MRTA) is tackled. MRTA is the problem of optimally allocating a set of ...
متن کاملPlanning Search and Rescue Missions for UAV Teams
The coordination of multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to carry out aerial surveys is a major challenge for emergency responders. In particular, UAVs have to fly over kilometre-scale areas while trying to discover casualties as quickly as possible. To aid in this process, it is desirable to exploit the increasing availability of data about a disaster from sources such as crowd reports, sa...
متن کاملSAR.Drones: Drones for Advanced Search and Rescue Missions
This paper presents our framework based on visual exploration of disaster areas (i.e. after an earthquake, a tsunami or an industrial accident). It is meant to help rescue teams to locate hotspots (i.e. half-buried person or broken and dangerous canalization) and to maintain an Internet connection for them. Indeed, our solution uses several small autonomous drones (or UAVs, Unmanned Aerial Vehi...
